    As the largest and most important food fair in the world, Anuga Messe in Cologne is an important meeting place for the food and beverage industry. The trade fair for the food industry has enjoyed great popularity among exhibitors and visitors since 1924. Every two years, more than 7,400 exhibitors from around 100 countries present the world market offer of food and beverages to 165,000 visitors. With its unique trade fair concept, Anuga unites 10 trade fairs under one roof, enabling thematic classification and orientation in the wealth of products on offer. The individual Anuga trade fairs are excellently positioned with their products and concepts and are subdivided into the following gastronomic sectors: Bread & Bakery, CateringTec, Chilled & Fresh Food, Dairy, Drinks, Fine Food, Frozen Food, Hot Beverages, Meat, Organic, and RetailTec.
    In addition to congresses, lectures and awards ceremonies, Anuga’s supporting program also includes various special shows and a stage for information and entertainment.
